Hi All Some very strange things going on and mylogin themselves don't seem to be able to help resolve. Have taken over a school where this was setup with QR codes and all was working nicely til about 6 weeks ago. The laptops suddenly stopped launching the QR reader and started asking for a password which the students don't have and rebooting the laptop doesn't clear it. I can't revoke the sessions from the student name and it seems the last student logged in, is in a cycle and I can't clear them out. In the same visit last week I noticed all the ipads starting going to captcha for google and when I booted up the laptops, it seems that 20+ of them are trapped in this cycle for a login and I'm wondering if they are continually trying to login and that having an effect. Students are on A1 Not able to set a password, therefore not able to check if they are asking for a password change at next login All students are in the correct groups Devices are in inTune, most seem to be talking OK to the console Any ideas most gratefully recieved, if you have experienced this before, I'd really appreciate the wisdom.
