Rad - can I ask: did you buy a replacement for the VT460 by any chance?

We have bought a replacement like the ones sold on amazon and they are fine for switching the unit on/off but they don't have the 'help' button needed to reset the lamp hours in standby mode. Thanks for the response though!

I know this thread has been dead for a while but I'm desperate to get my hands on a remote for the NEC vt460. In my absence a colleague has bought and installed a new bulb without realising that the remote has been missing for some time! Any help is much appreciated. I noticed you said that you had some spares you wouldn't mind parting with Wes? is that still the case?
