  1. What is a personal data breach? A personal data breach means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data. This means that a breach is more than just losing personal data. Source: https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/law-enforcement/guide-to-le-processing/personal-data-breaches/#:~:text=A%20personal%20data%20breach%20means,than%20just%20losing%20personal%20data. "a small number of parent or teacher users could be served up with the incorrect information" sounds like a data breach considering the nature of the incorrect information.
  2. "We regret to inform you that a data breach has occurred on Class Charts; rest assured, we are actively addressing the issue, you do not need to take any actions but we will be in contact with affected users to ensure their data security." is now shown on a banner on the Homepage (after you login)
  3. Schools Broadband / Talk straight have just moved us onto a different Filter / external IP inlineproxy13 & inlineproxy10 both have access to BBC iPlayer etc.
  4. Neither of my campuses can access schoolsbroadband.co.uk so it doesn't work on inlineproxy14 or inlineproxy15
  5. I work in a school with 2 campuses and we use Talk Straight / School Broadband as our ISP. 1 campus can get to BBC iPlayer/Bitesize. (via inlineproxy15.schoolsbroadband.net) 1 campus can't get to BBC iPlayer/Bitesize. “This content is not available in your location.” & “BBC iPlayer on works in the UK. Sorry, it’s due to rights issues.” (via inlineproxy14.schoolsbroadband.net). I have also logged a ticket about this.
  6. Hi, We also had an issue with the IFS e-test software after the upgrade as well although our problem was down to having an separate (although trusted) Admin & Curriculum Domain. Admin Domain - Has the exams officer's PC running e-test Admin Curriculum Domain - Has the e-test Server & e-test Clients For us we just need to add the exams officer's PC on to the DNS entries on the Curriculum domain and Server details to the Admin domains DNS. e-test doesn't appear to like FQDN.
