I have seen this on our network and moving the machines back to the Computers OU seems to fix it for us, once the machine is connected to SCCM I move it back to the desired OU. I’ve no idea what causes this though.

Surely not before having a nervous breakdown and throwing a hissy fit at the IT Tech :-)

On the switch port connected to the router have you allowed both vlans to trunk?
