yes thx... the logins are all working very well, the admins take quite a while to login but they work perfect. We cant get the usercard or login tracker to work but the main thing is that the staff and students now have login facility again
Thx for that Nick, much appreciated... Done all that but still no tracker or usercards, but not really needed... The rest of the site is really working very well..
Thx for the great site .
Thanks Guys, its working now with your advise, but I was wondering if their is a link to some documentation on how to setup usercards and login tracker, e.g. where to put the files, and simple stuff
Thx again Guys.
Hi everyone, we are now up and running thx to Nick ... But we are having problems mapping to the shared area and staff area. We have setup everyones home directory and it works great. Two problems we have, one is the mapping and two is the config file can not be saved anymore
Heres some screenshots if anyone can suggest any ideas as we are so so close but no biscuit yet... .
I think its just the info that we have to put in the UNC area that we are confused about as it is a drive on the server named as "RMShared Documents" and "RMStaff"
Thx everyone.
Hi Nick, found out that when it says "you do not have permission to view this folder or page" and then if i add Default.aspx at the end of the address... e.g. Change https://folders.school/hap/ to https://folders.school/hap/Default.aspx it works really well.... It seems to be the redirection from the login page.... This is happening for every icon button in the site ... It seems to be that the site can't use Default... I have tryed changing Default to Index but its still the same... Please help.. we are so close with this system.
and thx again Nick .
Hi Nick, thx for the quick reply, I have a Default.aspx in the hap folder... is that were you meant ... Here's another screen shot, it seems weird that any staff can login but not access the homepage.
Hi all, we have setup HAP and all OU's, everyone can login without a problem but thats about it. The homepage comes up saying "you do not have permission to view this directory or page".
Any help at all will be appreciated. We are on RM CC4 network with a vanilla 2008 server running v.8.7 HAP with .net v4.0.
This screen shot is after login... even if we login as the server administrator
thx in advance.
