IT Network Manager Full time permanent post (37 hours per week) H Grade (£20,849 - £27,123) depending on experience and skills We wish to appoint a Network Manager to lead a skilled and enthusiastic team of 4-5 IT Support Technicians in maintaining and administering the school’s IT system. This post would suit an applicant with a strength and enthusiasm for development and innovation in IT. The successful applicant will oversee all server and networking infrastructure. You will be working very closely with the IT Strategic Lead as well as a number of senior managers and join the support staff Team Leader group. Previous experience of work as a Network Manager or similar would be desirable. You must have excellent network and technical skills to help support a Windows 7 and virtual Server 2008/12 environment. A knowledge of management information systems would be advantageous. FIRST LINE RESPONSE TECHNICIAN Permanent Post, Full Time – 52 weeks D Grade (£15,207-17,327) or E Grade (£15,941-£18,376) depending on experience/skills We wish to appoint an outstanding IT Technician to join a skilled and enthusiastic team in maintaining and administering the School IT Systems. The post would suit an applicant with an interest and enthusiasm for development and innovation in IT. The successful candidate will have good communication and problem-solving skills and provide first line helpdesk support to all customers, assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email or in person.
