The challenge with the R810 is to know which processor you have. The Kingston/Crucial/Other third party memory will only work if you have a Xeon E7 (Skylake?) series processor. Anything older and the only option you have is from Dell. And they only have 4GB modules available.

Have you thought about using a VESA mounted PC (screwed into place behind the monitor)? It'll reduce the visible cables & secures the PC from curious fingers.
