How do I upload this using Joomla - I've tried using the normal method used for images/documents and I get an error message "File type not supported" - any ideas? Thanks - Tracy

Hiya, I can open it locally, also when I save target to my machine it opens fine???

Tried that and I get the same error message but when I've looked at the other pdfs they have the same path. I've tried resaving the pdf and uploading again and I'm still getting the same message. The only difference is that this is a pdf created from a publisher file and not a word document???

Hiya, can anyone help with this one? Have just added a PDF to a page in exactly the same way as all the other pdf's have been added on the site - with this one though when the actual file starts to open an error message appears stating that Acrobat Reader has encountered a problem. Any ideas as this doesn't happen with any of the other PDFs. Cheers - Tracy

Hiya, can you please tell me how to add images to the School Photos section on the front page, I've added an image to the Random_Images folder, the size is within that stated in the guidelines, it doesn't appear? Is there something else that I need to do.

I was being a numpty and had my "slash" in the wrong direction!! Many thanks. One other thing you might be able to help with I'm trying a get some new images to run on the School Pictures section on the homepage, have uploaded one as a test but this doesn't seem to be showing, is there something I need to do to get this image included? Was trying to see if I could get the Lightbox gallery function working. I've got the following error message: Warning: opendir(/home/cumbria/c5407/public_html/images/stories/gallery\bayeux) [function.opendir]: failed to open dir: No such file or directory in /home/cumbria/c5407/public_html/mambots/content/plugin_jw_sig.php on line 46 Any ideas - in simple language as I'm not a techy!!!

Hi, can anyone help with this one, I want to delete a couple of items from the Latest News menu but still have the pages linked from other places, ie from the top menu bar and from the Students menu, I'm sure it's really simple but I've obviously not had my Weetabx today!!!

Hiya Sysman Have done with, when you click on the print icon nothing happens and when you select the PDF icon you get a HTTP 404 Not Found error page! Any suggestions please. Cheers - Tracy

Thanks for that, I've now got rid of the documents menu from the Vacancies link, I now need to get that page to show the Latest News menu - I think I mush be having a very blond day!!!

SYSMAN - the page should be showing the Latest News menu.

Can anyone help with this one, when you select the vacancies page from the Latest News menu the page appears with the Latest News menu on the r/h side of the page, when you access it from the top menu bar it appears with a Documents menu on the r/h side.
