Hi I am a CEOPs ambassador but have yet to deliver the course due to the fact that I cannot access the materials because I don't know how to. I have tried contacting CEOPs via email on more than one occassion to request help but never recieve a reply. I have no idea what my login is for the CEOPs site is, is this issued by CEOPs? If so when/how? Can anyone out there help me please as I have a course booked to deliver in January and cannot get it set up wthout the materials. Thanks all Paula
