  1. Hello, We have live communication server 2005 which all seems to be working fine, however when viewing online users in Sharepoint Portal 2007 we cannot see some of the user’s live status e.g if the user is already added to the sharepoint page it doesn’t update the SIP address. If the user is added with a SIP address then it works fine?
  2. We are a school running exchange 2003 enterprise edition and we have a storage group for staff and a storage group for students. Is it possible to create an address list that only students can view using outlook web access as we do not want them to see the staff e-mail addresses. Any help would be much appreciated.
  3. Hello, I am working at a school which is currently running exchange 2003 std, and we are just setting up email accounts for our students. The students will be using outlook web access to view their emails. We would like to restrict the students from seeing the full global address list. Is there a way of creating an address list that only students can view using outlook web access? We have created an address list that can be viewed in full outlook but this does not work in outlook web access? Any help would be much appreciated.
  4. I am having problems with the alerts in sharepoint, we are running sharepoint services 3.0 and outlook 03 & 07. When you create a sharepoint list and click alert you will receive an email saying that a alert has been created. However if I then modify or add to this list I will not receive any email alerts. We have tried many solutions to this problem without success. Any help would be much appreciated.
  5. I have setup SharePoint to work externally, which is all functioning correctly. I have setup the SharePoint Learning kit and when I click on My Assignments externally it tries to connect to the internal address, it doesn’t resolve it to the external URL Any help would be appreciated
  6. Hello, We are currently running ISA 2004 and have sharepoint services 3.0 running on a different server. Internally sharepoint is functioning correctly however externally the links that are automatically created by sharepoint that don’t have the /default .aspx will not work externally (e.g the home page link). If the link has /default.aspx it will work externally. Is there a way of amending these links or another way round this problem. We have looked into changing these links in sharepoint designer without success. For example our external link is 24hrs.stlukes-southsea.org.uk. If you go to this link the page will not display, however if you include /default.aspx on the end of the link the page will open. Any help would be much appreciated,
