I too had some problems with it first, but now it works just fine with all the users of that computer. I (admin) had to run the installation in compability mode (win2000); after that it can be started normally.

I got it working using win7's own compatibility mode: running SuperDuperMusicLooper with windows2000-settings was all that it took. Here are instructions how to do it: Compatibility Mode - Windows 7 Forums. Hope this helps, it really is a fun program!
