Hi there, I am an aspiring SBM and have been given the project of researching and implementing an email communication system from school to parents. Does anyone have any experience of this? How do you do it in your school? We are worried that it will make extra work as those without email access will need a paper copy of letters and we will have to personalise them. Any thoughts/advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Nicky
