My Acer Travelmate 2410 (well, technically 2414), has developed some hinge cracks in the lid and lcd bevel (largely my fault), and I would like to replace them before they get too bad. The rest of the machine is more or less fine. I don't want to spend a lot of money on doing this so was hoping to get something from Ebay. However, there are not many 2410s available, and I was wondering whether it is possible to use the plastics from a different model which might have the same casing? Does anyone know where, or if, I can find out compatibility between models?
