If you roll out Chrome I would suggest to think about turning of some of its information collector features for Google. Everything you type in the address bar goes to Google unless you disable that feature (instant search). Google is a star in profiling you

Anyone experience with those new LED type beamers? That supposedly have a very long lamp life? And they for sure go on and off quickly. -

That Windows Mail key is a good one... it stumbles me that MS chooses to create an x MB mail database everytime someone logs in even if you don't use it.

Or add your unc paths to the intranet locations in IE settings (or something like that )

It's not possible to set it through GPO. You will need some utility. There are multiple small programs that will do just that. nircmd.exe looks nice. Windows 7 also has switchdisplaye.exe to switch displays But normally Windows will detect the correct resolution...
