Hi Guys - thanks for replies, user could not recreate problem when I went back so got her to create blank templates as sugested in case of problems in future and also gave user the ctrl/alt/shift to try if problem re-occurs. Thanks for help! :-)

Yeah its fully up to date, and user had no problems until some point last week.

Any ideas ? User is having an issue with Illustrator CS5 on win 7 pc. Can’t set up or change my document set up as a large box appears that prevents me from seeing the proper function, and only disappears when I press escape. screenshot attached. have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I understand how to do what is required on the Mac to add a machine to AD, however upon asking the questions of what needs to be done server end (i.e in AD to allow the machines to then be managed) I am told it is all very complicated - no answers just cant be done that simply 'I know what it takes to add a unix machine to AD and its very complex' - can some confirm/explain that this is the case or is it that the person telling me this doesn't know?
