We installed a clean copy of Windows on a PC without any updates installed and the OWA ran fine, memory usage was normal. Maybe it's a specific update? But which one??!

Most of our machines are running Windows 7 and most have around 2 to 4gb of RAM. We've been using Firefox as an alternative on some machines, we've contacted Microsoft about the issue and they've changed the OWA to the light version as a temp fix. We're awaiting a call back from them today.

We're having the same issue at our school, just seems to be when you login to outlook the iexplorer.exe process goes into overdrive and just devours all of the memory. If anyone has the solution to this problem it would be appreciated greatly because it's driving our staff insane!!
