Hardware Dell Server 80GB

I have 2 HDD on RAID 1 mirrored and one of them is going to die shortly. The boss is off sick and though i think i know how to do this i'd rather ask for help than make a pigs ear of it. Do i just get a replacement drive, install it in the raid or what?
