Hi All, Apologies if i am posting in the wrong section. We are currently looking to change our helpdesk and assett management software, we are using managed service desk at the momment however we find this unreliable and the support is terrible. I went to the service desk and it support show and saw Wed desk helpdesk software, first impressions were very good, has anyone used them? Reviews of the software and support would be really useful Kind Regards Danny
