Instead of the full editions of Premire, Dreamweaver and the like that come with the full fledged suites what about the elements series. I know Adobe makes photoshop elements and Premier elements, you can even buy the two as a set. Not at all sure if you can get a site license for them, but it might be worth a shot. Also they cost a lot less, Amazon has a boxed set of both for $113. If you could out fit a lab with the software rather than every student computer it could add up even if you have to buy a box for every install.
