Hi there, My students are using SuccessMaker and after they press the green GO button - It appears to load (through Java) but then it quickly produces a square pop up "alert" message. It says ca_Read:can't load cache and has C:\CAI\CUR\MCS\images.ima!' WHo knows what this is about? It's happening on two out of 5 of my students laptops. I have updated Java, and uploaded all the fixes from the Successmaker website. I'm getting frustrated!! Help please Sarah
