Hi all.
We've recently upgraded all the workstations to Reader X and now CC3 machines are having trouble running PDF's. They are getting an Securus out of memory error.
I've established that it's a conflict with the new Reader and securus client and I've now got the client that supposedly fixes it. Unfortunately for some reason I cannot get the client to update on my own machine, let alone any others on the network.
Does anyone know if the MSI for this update is deployable via packages? I've tried to create a package and although it says it's installing on start-up, the version remains unchanged. I've also tried unistalling the current client but to no avail as it says some of the files are already in-use.
Any guidence would be appreciated.
