    Good Points Vikpaw ;-) The good old fashioned CSV ;-) I suppose It depends on the number of fields relative to 3rd party in some cases very basic data, but can see an increase in use of XML & APIs in time particularly anything writing / providing data back to SIMS from 3rd parties ;-0

    When exporting / importing data Is the preffered option to use CSV XML or an API ?
