That's correct. KACE bought AppDeploy.com then Dell bought KACE. We've been working on ITNinja for the last year, building a team, designing and developing the site and painstakingly migrating all the AppDeploy content into a huge tagging taxonomy representing all known IT software (well, close anyway). We are intent on staying a brand-independent site, though owned by Dell.
