IMO they're just "OK" a nice environment as others have said and I use them at home. However in school we've had a couple of their POE switches pop their power supplies, requiring us to send them back for a refund. The fact that HP will send out a replacement next day and collect the old one is a big win for us, and I think we'll stick with them!

And then the onus is with them not us.
