  1. Hi I'm sorting the sixth form reports for my school and have ran into a problem. There are some year 13 students who failed their AS subjects and are now starting again with new choices. But when I run the report their old subjects appear too. Is there some way of resolving this? I don't know how wide spread the problem is. I know I could ammend the reports individually but I was hoping there was another way. Thanks, Asob
  2. There is a template but I can't make any changes when running with the <> tag. The only options are in the Session Manager screen with a few check boxes
  3. Hey I'm using Profiles to generate end of year reports. I've selected the option to show section headings before each comment, which when printed looks like this: Progress so and so is doing very well... Classwork excellent Homework needs improving What I'd like is for them to be spaced out better, more like this: Progress so and so is doing very well... Classwork excellent Homework needs improving Is there any way I can do this? Thanks guys, Asob
  4. Well it went and fixed itself. Still not sure what went wrong, or what (if anything) I did to fix it!
  5. Hey guys Thanks for the replies. I did indeed mean grade sets. After speaking to some of the other SLT it's been agreed to just live with the (slight) confusion. thanks again Asob
  6. Hi I've had this problem a few times and cannot figure out how I previously solved it. After using Assessment Manager and Profiles to generate reports I noticed a few problems and so fixed them and went to generate/print again. However this time when I printed or viewed them they're all blank! Only the header has survived! Like I say, this has happened before. It inexplicably breaks itself and then, for no reason I can understand, fixes itself too. What's going on? Thanks for any help you can offer Asob
  7. Afternoon EduGeeks! First time poster here. I want to know if it is possible to edit result sets even though they're now in use? It's a pretty small change. I want "D" to read "Distinction, "M" to read "Merit" and "P" to read "Pass". I've went to Focus>Assessment>Result Sets and tried to edit them but got the warning log saying they fcouldn't be edited because they would invalidate data in use. Is there any way around this? Thanks,
