Hi Guys, I currently have a Mac Pro Server and have deploystudio running to image all the iMacs. Is it possible to use this to image a MacBook with OSX & Windows 7? if so has anyone done it or can give me basic instructions to get the two OS's in an image for me to deploy? Thanks

Recently bought a batch of Dell Optiples 390's. Imaged them all up and the end user has reported that Movie Maker does not start up. I ran the Direct X diagnostic tool and the DDI version is showing as unkown, is there a patch or an updated driver that I need to install to make movie maker work? I have tried several different drivers fomr the dell site but none see mto work.

Hi All, I am having issues binding an imac to my AD, I keep getting invalid username & password when its trying to authenticate to the AD, any ideas? The credentials are correct as I have joined windows machines with the same account..

Hi All, Im having a very strange issue at the moment: User logs onto machine and logs into Outlook Web Access, all the options down the left hand side (folders etc...) they are visable but when clickon on them nothing happens, also new messages are unablke to be written When logginng onto the same machine with an admin account all works fine. This leads me to beliweve that its a GPO setting somewhere, any ideas as to were I can start looking first?

dont mind me asking but have you got step by step instruction how to do this?

I want to remove it as students are saving work there by accident.

Hi All, Having issues with profiles with Windows 7. Current set-up is as follows: Domain Controller = Server 2008 R2 Clients Windows 7 Pro I have changed th epolicy setting to delete proifiles afrer x number of days, however this is not working and sometime resulting in users given a temp profile with not home drive etc.... Is there something that I am missing? Causing huge problems for student logging on

Hi Guys, We are currently in the process of transferring cmputers to a new domain, I am unable to log on locally onto some of the machines due to the local administrator password not working (think I have forgotten it) is there a backdoor way in to get onto the machine so I can reset the passoword? I am using the boot.wim and install.wim from the windows 7 installtion disc. I am trying to inject drivers using the menu option under the drivers tab within WDS. Also the PC is sysprepped.

Hi Guys, Currently bought a batch of new PC's, we have server 2008 r2. I am looking at imaging the PC's using WDS. Heres what I have done so far: Installed all software/updates on PC to how I want Installed the WDS role on the server I have tried a few times to upload the install.wim and boot.wim files to the server then tried to add drivers to the boot.wim file however not having much joy. Hi Guys, Recently hada new network installed, the keyboard setting is curently set to american, when logging on locally the UK keyboard is working fine, however once a domain user account logs on they are given the american keyboard, is there a policy setting within GPO to change this to UK for when domain users log on?

I am getting the users password must be changed before logging on for the first time, does this look like I need to do a recover, if so, I have not done this before anychance you could provide me with the steps? Would this wipe the server & settings?
