  1. Thankyou for everyone who helped me! Very much appreciated!
  2. I feel embarrassed posting this, but I can understand the formula in a sense, but I have no idea exactly how to input it! It's giving me an error. Is anyone able to give me the formula based on the cells I have created? I have uploaded the file again. Really sorry to be a pain.WEEKLYSALESBREAKDOWN.xls
  3. Yeah I did think I may need to do that. I will give it a go and post if I have executed it successfully! Thankyou very much for the very promptly reply, greatly appreciated.
  4. Hi, I have a question guys, Is there a way for me to use a formula where I can put in the Quantity of a product e.g. Coffee and excel can calculate the total automatically in a different cell? Do I need a separate sheet for a price list of all the items I have? I would really appreciate some help from someone I have uploaded the spreadsheet for your perusal Thanks WEEKLYSALESBREAKDOWN.xls
  5. Hi, I have posted a sample file, I would like the file to recognise staff signing in after 08:30 to be considered late. A percentage of the weekly lates will also be of great help. Staff Sign In Sheet.xls
  6. Hi, I am creating a Staff Sign in sheet in Excel 2007. I have a monthly sheet on each page of the workbook. The first few rows consist of the individual dates. I am currently entering the time each staff member arrives by using (CTRL + SHIFT + which inserts the exact time in each appropriate cell. What I am stuck with is I would like a percentage at the end of each week or month amount of lates. For e.g. if the start time is 07:00 and a staff member arrives at 07:02 I would like the spreadsheet to calculate it as a late. Is this possible? Thanks in advance.
  7. Hi Guys, We are currently using a BT Business Hub (Ewire) router which is access wired and wireless. The wireless signal is accessed by laptops within range. However, the signal does not extend beyone half the size of the building. We currently have the same make and model of router lying around. Is it possible to make it in to an access point?
  8. Hi, I have been experiencing a really frustrating issue where I can access the internet through IE, however unable to install Google Chrome, Dropbox and access the net via Firefox. There seems to be a connection to the internet issue when trying to download Chrome and Dropbox. I am working on a standalone Dell Vostro 320 which uses the school wireless to access the net. The computer is not on a domain. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
  9. Cheers for the information, I will certainly look in to some of your suggestions. It is a relatively small charity school on a tight budget so your suggestions are very interesting. I thought the forum idea might go down well and teachers can use it almost like a VLE. I am pretty IT proficient so I can maybe find my way round technical data, however, is it possible to access a link to creating a moodle site?
  10. Hi there, Our independent secondary school currently runs a google domain and each student has a personalised school email address. I am looking to expand that feature, is there an opportunity, preferably within the google features to create a forum for students and teachers which is secure and can only be accessed by students in our school? I am also interested in setting up a moodle site, how would I go about doing this? P.S. I am not the ICT technician and we currently do not have one. All suggestions and ideas appreciated.
