Has anyone else had an MS Visual C++ runtime error generated when opening v10 smart notebook documents?

Hi everyone - first post on here. I'm working in a school (contracted) that has MLS Eclipse.net and NRS cashless catering solution. - the two are joined so that in the library - the finger prints of the kids are read, passed to the CC system and their records pulled from there. (just for the fingerprint) A number of the kids are coming up with a random number (from eclipse) rather than their sims admission number which is assigned by the CC system. I've run MLS connect to get the db upto date - but for some reason the y7 and a number of the kids that have arrived after the start of the academic year, do not get assigned their admission number but the random number. I've been told that there is a way of converting the random barcode numbers into the proper admission numbers automatically rather than manually. (does any of this make sense to you all - coz in my mind it's how i see the problem) Does anyone know of the patch/app/upgrade that does the conversions. Thanks
