Acer Aspire One D270, not to bothered sticking with Acer.
-
Last year we bought a few Acer Aspire netbooks for our SEN depts and looking to expand the fleet but having difficulty finding places that stock them. Initially only need 1 or 2.. Can anyone help
-
yes - we can wol within the server vlan on the core but not to another vlan on the core.
-
we are trying use WOL for waking up PCs on another VLAN. For example - Server VLAN 2 PC VLAN 3 I have enabled on the Core... ip udp-bcast-forward On VLAN 2 ip forward-protocol udp 192.168.2.255 9 do i need to enable this on the edge switch for VLAN 3 ?

We currently have a Comodo wildcard premium ssl certificate due for expiry soon, I have been quotes upwards of £300 per year and was wondering where the best place to obtain a new cert from. We will be migrating to exchange 2010 soon so do i require a different kind of cert as our internal domain is different to the external.

We are trying to get WOL working with our new ProCurve switches and vlans with little success. All inter vlan routing is working ok, except WOL either on the same vlan or to another.
-
Does anyone use the Unifi Guest facility ?
-
It is exportable - jiut upgrade from ISA 2006 to TMG using it but the cert is for our domain.co.uk not internal domain.local
-
We have a wildcard cert installed on TMG but AFAIK not on 2003 exchange.
-
How easy is it to change exchange from 80 to 443.. is this likely to mess with TMG web publishing? Also any advice on upgrading to 2010?
-
We have an exchange server 2003 (soon to be 2010) running internally and published through TMG for external access and would like to publish the exchange server to our staff/student BYOD vlan. We have openned ports 80 and 443 from the BYOD vlan to the exchange server on the ACL, we can browse to exchangeserver/exchange on port 80 internal in the web browser and see webmail. I have also created an internal DNS redirect for the external webmail.domain.com to the IP of the internal exchange server but active sync fails to connect. Assuming we need to setup something like TMG to listen and publish OWA internal. What is the best way to achieve what we are looking for.

We have recently upgraded from a 192.168.0.0/16 flat network to a managed network with HP Procurve kit and implemented VLANs with ip ranged in /24 sub nets and routed. All intervlan routing i working and we are able to ping and \\computer name\share from the run box but unable to view all computers from Network Places. I can see all computers on 192.1681.0/24 but not 192.168.2.0/24 and vice verse. Any help would be appreciated. - We are running windows 2008 R2 Dcs at 2003 functional level.

Looking to replace my 600mm deep cab with an 800mm or 1000mm new or second hand any ideas? Also looking for a KVM or KVM tray (IP prefer) new or second hand. Paul

Hi @Dantech were you able to look at the switch config?
-
That would be great if you could. Do you run any Nac ?
