Hi, We're trying to add old iPad 4th-gen (iOS 10.3.3) to Apple School Manager. Apple website says ASM supports iOS 7, but I can't find a way of manually adding the device to ASM. Apple support advised the device must be running iPadOS 13.1+ to be added to ASM, but it clearly shows on the website support for iOS 7+ The latest version of Apple Configurator gets stuck in a loop when trying to add the device to ASM ("the device must be updated" -> "the device doesn't support the latest update"). I'm unable to acquire an old version of Apple Configurator, which I suspect may help(?) Any advice would be appreciated! (other than the obvious! 10+ year old iPads should be recycled, I agree!) Disclosure: we are paid for IT support at this school, but we're not charging for this specific task, just trying to help out! The school were donated 3 x ActivPanel 2 boards without remotes, and they would like to use the Freeze feature that it only available using a remote control. We're looking to borrow an old ActivPanel 2 remote control that we can clone for a primary school we support. The remote can be identified by the FRZ button directly below the number 8 button. If you have access to an old ActivPanel 2 remote, could we please to borrow it to copy the remote codes on to a universal remote. We'll pay for all postage, etc. We've found one company online selling pre-cloned universal remotes for ~£70 and think that's just a bit too cheeky price to ask, but we'll bite the bullet if needed!
