If you have a grievance with their advertising, I recommend you contact the Avertising Standards Authority giving as much detail about the advert you mention and they will look into it.
Personally, we haven't had a lot of trouble with Promethean though and now have around 35 ACTIVboards. Promethean's multi-input looks ok, but the pens suck. Hitachi has rolled out a pretty nice multi-touch board (supports up to 2 contacts). I got to see it 1st hand at the LA Convention Center. StarBoard FX Duo 77
