  1. And Multipoint in this context is.....? Please?
  2. "Having the HDD roll back to a default state at each boot however has other problems. Updates don't get applied, unless correctly configured pc's would constantly re-download updates only to have them flushed on restart." I had a feeling that the updates were going to be a problem; I guess someday a card with the possiblity of setting permission for system updates may become available thanks again
  3. Has anyone experience of using the Returnstar Recovery PCI cards? I would think of using them in IT suites or even in Primary schools' classroom PCs as an easier solution than"Steady State" and cheaper than "Deepfreeze"
  4. I believe that worktops running at rt angles from the long sides of the room with a passageway at one side or in the middle is best for such suites. because Along the wall on three sides creates corners of wasted space (you can't fit two chairs close in to the corner) The students have their back to the teacher all the time. Whereas If you set up rows of pcs the teacher can choose to be behind and see all the screens or in front and all students can see the teacher (perhaps not those on the front row if it is on front wall.) A screen/whiteboard can be set up at front of class and viewed by all. I have changed two suites from "along the Wall" to ""lecture theatre rows" and gained (a) space for more PCs /students and (b) easier classroom management.
