Yes they are. They are all members of the same domain with the same IP range.

I click on the browse button and it starts searching. In search resualt find just 2 pc. All of computers are join into a domain and I can ping them by name from the teacher computer.

Hi, I'm having a problem with connecting student computers to tutor console in netsupport. When I browse for students in tutor console, it just find some of them. I don't know why this happened and how can I connect all of my desired computers to tutor.
