We installed a new copier then I changed to a new print server. Canon didn't know what to do.... After reading this post I found the CD "UFR II User Software" which includes the DIASsetup.exe. Once loaded on the printer server all the desktops are working. I didn't need to change the driver just load the Canon Service. Grateful for the resources found here! THANKS and HAPPY HOLIDAYS ALL!
