Thanks for the replay folks found the teaming options for the Intel cards through device manager, But another little scenario we have another server with 2 intel server adapters and 2 broadcom cards, can these all be teamed togeather, the intel software only seems to be able to team the 2 intel nics.

We have a new server with 2 1GB network cards and I would like to utilise both of the cards to improve performance, the server will be used to backup up to overnight, and could be transferring over 500GB a night. Any ideas what I would need to, I suppose something like load balancing or teaming, how would I set it up, walkthrough guides etc, would be much appreciated.

Close down the library and the console, open up services and restart the Sophos Autoupdate agent, Sophos EMLibUpdate Agent and the Sophos Enterprise Manager Scheduler, not sure which one of these it is but just restart them all. Once restarted open up the EMLibrary and click download packages, this will take a few minutes, once finished check your console and it should have updated.

£1200 seems very expensive we have just been quoted about £140 plus Cals @ £13 each that is for standard version, but there is no reason for enterprise for a sims database, but enterprise would be about £1200

sounds a little dodgy to me. a good IT manager should be able to setup his own GPO's

Exporting GPO's from one school to another, i hope you have permission from the school you are taking them from, maybe you should consider the ethics of this situation.
