Hi All, I have done a search but cant find an answer. Is there a way for us to extract year 7 parents passwords ( which can be clearly viewed in toolkit as plain text) as a csv or something so that I can either mailmerge or generate a list for staff to give out at our up coming year 7 parents evening? Frog cant seem to help and I was wondering how other schools manage to securely give out passwords. I can bulk set a default password and ask perants to reset their password, but I am pretty sure that is breaking 100's of rules. Also I cant seem to find a way of just filtering for year 7 parents in Frog. Sims is easy but I cant find a way to cross reference between the two. I am starting to pull whats left of my hair out! So any help appreciated Paul

well I have apps for education now, and it looks like all my setting cam across but sso isnt working from Frog? Oh well back on the phone. Also it says I have reached my limit of 10 accounts, well I am going to need quite a few more! I surethey arefree for education is that true? Cheers all

hi I am setting up our Frog VLE to have gmail linked to Frog accounts. Unfortunatley it looks like we have a standard google apps account and need a google apps for education account. Has anyone any exprierence on how this is acheived. I have found a support page to change the account but its asking for my/our "Accreditation body or name of government ministry" any one any ideas??
