just to add, users in the HAP booking system admin group can get to the static booking page and make the static bookings through a direct link so I could just set them up a link on the main HAP home page. But I just wondered if it was possible to make the control button to appear?

Hi, Is it possible to make the control panel for the booking system available for a certain user group? I want to create a user group called 'HAP booking system admin' and give that to a member of admin staff and let them be responsible for making sure the static bookings are entered correctly. We use 7.10 of everything else but then I downloaded the 7.9 full install and replace the 7.10 booking system folder with the 7.9 version and that seems okay

Just to note, I found this issue across all browser. I still havn't found a fix but am happy enough with 7.9 for now. I guess V8 is not far off so I don't mind hanging on for that.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. It says "Browser Mode: IE8 and Document Mode IE7 Standards" If I change document mode to IE8 as well it seems to resolve the problem. I wonder if there is a way to change this site wide? Thanks James

Sorry just noticed this happens in IE 8 but it is fine in chrome and firefox. Has any one any idea how to fix for IE? thank you

Hi, We are running HAP 7.9. We have had just 5 periods in the booking system which has worked okay but now we want to add our tutor periods and core lunches as bookable times in the day (making a total of 8 bookable periods). However when ever we add more than the original 5 periods the calender appears to be larger than it should; It comes over the scroll bars so they can't be seen properly and even if you find a little bit of scroll bar to move the calender to the end the periods move but the calender content stays where it is. I've attached a screen shot that might show what I mean. Thanks for anyones help in advance.

Hi, We have recently upgraded to HAP+ 7.10 from 7.9 and have found that the bookings are not displaying (see attachment). It displayed fine under 7.9. Does anyone know hoe to resolve this issue? Many thanks James
