From the website below, which has a few good tips, I remembered that you can use the /a switch on a .exe file (run from an administrator cmd prompt) to create a network install location and indeed a msi file. Download Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio 4 from Official Microsoft Download Center Install of the downloaded .exe works fine, but would like to automate installation to a classroom of 30 computers.   3. Just a quick thanks for your batch file (stopping and starting the update service and registering the .dlls) which worked for me today on an old XP laptop that wouldn't update.
