Hi tried with the hard drive removed, it made no difference, this change is at bios level. Zoostorm, whom make the Fizzbooks have no online support either, the fizzbook is too old and is discontinued....oh well learn something new all the time.

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately the RM pdf wasnt any help, after reading lots of forums, I have come to the conclusion that this is a big issue with trying to install windows 8 on any older equipment, it basically turns them into a brick, no way out of this so far.

Hello my assistant has installed windows 8 on a fizzbook but on rebooting it has come up with the message " Sorry the boot certificate has expired" it asks for a 10 digit code to unlock or shut down. this has locked me out of the bios and any start up menu's, I cant even get to safe mode, it says contact the administrator....that is me, I am at a loss, any ideas?

Hello we have found that if you attach a earth wire to the projector VGA port and connect it to something metal usually in the ceiling if its mounted this solves the problem of wavy lines.
