thanks for the info! we can now sucessfully control students' screens while actually seeing what we are doing. What we haven't been able to do is find a way to make it work the other way around, that is, broadcast our screen to the students, since that remote control panel is only to be found at the tutor client. We have found a somewhat convoluted way to fix it. We control a student's computer, open xsi, then broadcast it's computer. it seems to work, anyway. Thanks a lot, the tip was extremely useful. :?: Hi, I have a problem when using netsupport school (v. 8.01) in combination with Avid Softimage XSI (v. 5.11). When I try to see the students from tutor while he executes software softimage XSI, I cannot see the view ports in the interface ( I see them like a white box ). It happens the same when I show to the students from the tutor's computer. This problem does'nt happen whith annother software. we work in windows XP sp 2, PC Pentium 4 1GB RAM. NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GS. LAN 100.0 Mbps. is some way to solve this problem? Is a hardware or software problem ? Thanks and I'm sorry for my basic (or incorrect ) English.
