I just set up a refurbished HP Laserjet 2430 and everything looks fine except it says it is offline. I set it up exactly like the other one and it has a new card and additional memory. I can print a test page from the printer menu but not from my computer. It is probably something simple that I am overlooking but it is driving me crazy and my IT supervisor won't be in for a few more hours.
