Network Technician
Peterborough
Due to an internal promotion, we are currently recruiting for a Network Technician for a school based in Peterborough, employed directly by Innovit. You will be working alongside the Consultant to facilitate teaching, learning and administration in the school through the provision of 24/7 network services, ICT maintenance and monitoring activities.
You will be responsible for assisting with the management of the daily operations of the Schools network peripherals, MIS and MS applications. The School operates a lot of Apple Mac machines, so experience and knowledge of this is essential.
Hours of work: 8am -5pm Mon-Fri, including some time out of hours as and when required.

Experience and Skill Level at Entry:
The successful candidate will come from and IT background and will demonstrate knowledge and skills in the following areas:
Role Essentials:
* Mac Experience/knowledge
*Microsoft MCP’s
*2-3 years experience of supporting ICT within an educational establishment
*Knowledge and understanding of technologies and services
Desirable:
*CRB certified
*Comp TIA A+
