    Lee has worked in education all his life, loves school communities and receives his job satisfaction from supporting schools in making a difference to students. With over 20 years experience of IT support and leadership in over 120 schools across 8 countries he brings a wealth of experience to the team. His skill set is a good mix of technical support, business analyst and project management but he prides himself most on being a people person and strives to make life easier for his colleagues he firmly believes that his job is simply to lead the use of technology to improve efficiency and help others do their job. Lee believes that collaboration, support and sharing is key to building a successful team and enjoys sharing his own experiences to a wider audience by speaking at popular conferences. Passionate and enthusiastic, he has a real "can do" attitude His personal mantra is that there is always room for improvement but to improve we have to change.

    Away from work Lee loves to travel and get close to wildlife, one of his life goals is to try to visit every country in the world. Other interests include football, fishing, cooking and painting miniatures. As a true British Yorkshire man he loves Yorkshire tea and Yorkshire puddings.

  1. Hi Have you looked at Everest from Edu365? (https://www.edu365group.com/) Its a web front end for SIMS that offers much more value thank EduLink as its a fully functioning parent portal too. I worked with these guys when I was MIS Manager at Dulwich College International group. We replaced Edulink One with Everest and the and the feedback from staff was extremely positive therefore I can highly recommend them. Yhey are very accommodating and offer a fab product with excellent support, half of their team are ex-Capita employees so they know SIMS inside and out and the other half are SharePoint experts giving Everest a professional familiar look and feel with some great integrations to O365 and a full set of PowerBI dashboards. If my schools were set on using SIMS I would certainly be having a conversation with them to fill the gaps. Check it out and please feel free to contact me for further information. Lee
