Any suggestions why my personal Dell laptop won't run the .exe file to install 9.7. When i run it, it gets stuck at installing the smart web server - error 1920 - and asks me to verify whether I have "sufficient privileges to start system services". I don't see how I can't as it's my laptop and my user account is as an administrator. I have mcafee security center (it came with the laptop), but disable it when I try to run the file - still no luck. Help please ! Frustrated teacher.

Thank god i'm not the only one! How Heinemann can justify their pathetic response to people who've spent lots of money I don't know. Anyway, I open the files via program files/heinemann/catalyst/interactive presentation/documents (as I can access the C drive). Not great as I can't access via the menu screen, but at least I can view/use the flash presentations (as they're quite good). When I contacted Heinemann (last year) they said they'd send a free upgrade when they sorted the problem - nothing heard since ! Paul (science teacher who uses ICT quite a bit)
