  1. Its running Server 2003 sp1, I think in that article it said: "The server side of this fix is included in SP3 and is not available as a separate fix". But It doesn't seem likely that will do it. Yeah thanks, its quite annoying tho,all the other bits of kit (including the really old stuff) ghost fine.
  2. A week on and I still haven't managed to sort this out. I've added drivers and edited the .sif files but it won't resolve it. However I looked at this technet page (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315074) Do you think updating the server to SP3 will make any difference?
  3. I'm not sure if there is a share or not. But I'll have to look into it. Thanks for the help
  4. Hi This is going to sound like pretty stupid question , i've just started working in a primary school and have very little experience using servers. I'm running server 2003 with LNM installed on it. Basically when students log in to a machine, there are program shortcuts all over the desktop, I've tried deleteting them but the next time a student logs in they re-appear on the desktop. Can anyone help? Is this a group policy issue? Thanks
  5. I tried that, but I still get the same message. Is there any other way of adding the driver?
  6. Thanks does anyone know how to add the drivers? Do you put them in the i386 folder?

  8. Hi I've only just started working in a school and I need some help creating a ghost image on a set of laptops. (TOSHIBA Satellite series )I've never used learning network manager and have very little experience with servers. Basically I get this error when I try to create an ghost image. The operating system image you selected does not contain the necessary drivers for your network adapter. Try selecting a different operating system image. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator. Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit. I have no problems creating/restoring images with the other desktop computers in the school. Im really confused and would appreciate it if someone could hep me.
