  1. Yes, over a 6MBPS internet link, with encryption and compression.
  2. Hyperoo pass the test, and we are using it in production with six machines to make remote internet backups. One thing to consider with any software that backups VM's, when you run a defrag and have not done so in a while, the VHD can change quite a bit and take a while to replicate. Below find my logs. The proof is in the puddin'. Take this software for a free test drive and you will not be sorry! Backup Profile: HyperooBackup Machine name:HV-PROD01 Number of files transferred: 5 Number of files skipped: 9 Matched data: 160.93 GB Changed data: 38.10 GB Total sent: 38.16 GB Total sent after compression: 27.50 GB Total received: 40.24 MB Backup start time: 12:51:36 AM Backup end time: 4:32:16 PM Backup duration : 15:40:40
  3. I am a week into using Hyperoo, and it is a solid product. After seeding my first backup, I was able to backup 5 LIVE VHD's , about 328Gig of data in a little over 3 hours over an internet 10MBPS connection. The tech support is awesome, and the product is very solid. It is nice to have a standby server in a remote location, ready to go in case of an extended datacentre outage. It is worth your time to take this $79 program for a free test drive. It is licensed per server, so it does not matter how many VM' you have. PS.. I would like to see an address and phone number on the website. GFI woudl be my second selection, from what I can tell it is around $395 per server.
