If i were you i would contact the Welsh assembly and get them, i'm sure they'd be able to point you in the right direction. if not, there's always fly tipping... only joking !!

i was trialling a bit of software called Helpmaster Pro from PRD software. it's not free but you can get a free download to trial: http://www.prd-software.com.au/ it's an Australian company. I haven't looked at buying it direct but i know you can buy it through your ICT reseller. I use NS Optimum but i'm sure most resellers will be able to get hold of it.

I know this is the wrong forum but i'm a bit lost, do you know how i can get a decent avatar installed? i got one that was 6K and 80 x 80 but it wouldn't load Cheers

Ha Ha, don't we all have that problem though... and then they won't release the budget to upgrad the software
