Thanks for the response but I don't appar to have a login for the Knowledge Base, so I don't think that I can get at that article. IS there another way of accessing it?

Apologies for my ignorance but I am new to this CC4 stuff. I have a Stone System 276 laptop running Windows 7 Professional. It just has the initial build on it, isn't connected to the domain, and needs all of the RM CC4 stuff installing, along with SIMS. Can anyone tell me how I need to set this up? Ideally I need to do it this morning, so any help would be appreciated. By the way, I have no idea where to start! Thanks
