Awesome! thanks worked like a charm. Moved all my policies and scripts back in and GPO's are processing again. I'm running BE 2010 and dont know if this works on other versions but I was able to just restore the sysvol folder. I went to restore system state and right clicked on the Sysvol folder then selected "Include/Exclude files...", Clicked OK on the window that appears and then only the Sysvol folder was selected. Since I was redirecting the restore to another folder anyway I think the only thing that did for me was save me time anyway but just an FYI if anyone else runs into this problem. Wish I knew how this all happened in the first place. Thanks again for the help!
