Check you have marks for every session and no missing marks, as this can introduce discrepancies in the way that the attendance is calculated. 1 - (unauth+auth / Possible) can produce different values than (present+AEA / Possible) if you have missing marks. I believe the attendance module calculates absence, and the reporting engine calculates present marks.
